retreat
Rest. Play. Breakthrough.
You made it.
After twelve weeks of walking through this journey together, this weekend is an invitation to breathe, reflect, and celebrate how far you’ve come.
This retreat is intentionally designed to catalyze your personal growth, deepen our connection with one another, and create lasting moments of joy and wonder.
My hope is that this experience nurtures you deeply. I truly believe community changes everything — and the environment you’ve helped cultivate over these many weeks has already begun to do just that.

How to Get to Newburgh from NYC via Metro-North
Our final destination is Newburgh, NY and the most cost-effective and straightforward way to get to Newburgh using public transportation is by taking the Metro-North Hudson Line to Beacon. The specific address will be sent to you after registration.

The only thing not included during the retreat itself is Saturday’s lunch while we’re out exploring Beacon. That time is intentionally unstructured so you can wander, grab food, and enjoy the city with whoever you feel drawn to.
As always, this price simply covers hard costs — nothing more. If finances feel like a barrier, please reach out to me directly. We’ll figure it out. I really want as many of you there as possible — it’s going to be special.
